Did you attend a talk at the April 18-19 Interrogating Methodologies symposium during which you wish you had taken better notes? Were you not able to attend at all? Just finding out about it now? Then you are in luck. Video of all the lectures from the day-and-a-half event are now available online for public viewing. Interrogating Methodologies: Exploring the Boundaries Between Art & Science was a multi-discliplinary symposium comparing methodologies from the natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, and the arts to interrogate questions at the heart of research methods and practice. It was co-sponsored by the UCSB Center for Nanotechnology in Society; UCSB Art, Design & Architecture Museum; the IHC Interdisciplinary Humanities Center; and the Media Arts & Technology program at UCSB as well as UC Santa Cruz's Institute of the Arts and Sciences.

Conference co-organizer George LeGrady was a recipient of a faculty seed grant from the Seed Grant on Societal Issues for New Technologies program. The aim of this program is to generate new research and/or engagement projects that will involve new faculty participants in, and further the mission of the CNS. LeGrady is chair of the Media Arts & Technology program at UCSB.
