CNS collaborator and Arizona State vice provost for International Strategic Initiatives Denis Simon was tabbed to assist in the first midterm review of China's 15 Year Medium-to-Long-Term Science and Technology Plan (MLP). One of only 12 foreign experts asked to participate in the review, Simon is helping China to transition from a manufacturing-based economy to a more sustainable knowledge economy.
