Christian Beaudrie is a PhD student in the Resource Management Environmental Studies program of the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability (IRES) at the University of British Columbia (UBC).  Studying under Milind Kandlikar and in collaboration with Terre Satterfield, Christian actively participates in research projects under CNS-UCSB IRG 3.  In summer 2009 Christian was a Chemical Heritage Foundation research fellow and published a white paper in the CHF Studies in Sustainability series in 2010.  Christian is also a long-time volunteer for Engineers without Borders.
