Dr. Moore has over 20 years experience working on the Congressional, public affairs, and public policy aspects of international science, technology, and security issues. During 2000-2003, Moore was a Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars at the Smithsonian Institution and in London researching the GM food controversy. Prior to the Wilson Center, she was Director, Legislative & Public Affairs, National Science Foundation; Executive Director, Physicians for Social Responsibility; and Communications Vice President, World Wildlife Fund-US.
