Merisa just finished her last semester at Santa Barbara City College and will be transferring to UC Santa Cruz this coming fall. She will be majoring in Literature to prepare her for a career in science and nature writing. She will be working on the IRG2 project with mentors Galen Stocking and Richard Appelbaum focusing on developing a comprehensive framework that will be used to study the innovation of nanotechnology related policies cross-nationally.
